1920S ART DECO VINTAGE POMPEIAN BRONZE PAINTED FLAPPER GIRL FIGURAL DRESSER TRAY

See Photos.  Comes from an immaculately clean nonsmoking home.  Fantastic patina.  Measurements shown in pics.  his is a fabulous true vintage early 1920s era Art Deco dresser tray/vide poche or ashtray created and signed by Pompeian Bronze Co. It is adorned with a figural bronze flapper girl, standing and doing her makeup and looking into the mirror in her open compact. She is painted, mainly on her dress in blue and red iridescent colors and her dress and scarf are being blown in the wind, wrapping her in flattering energy and movement. The base upon which she stands is a bronze rectangle, shaped like a book, with a 4 inch diameter depression that is perfect as a trinket dish or coin storage, as a place for jewelry or as an ashtray (which is likely the original purpose of this piece.) It is signed on the back by Pompeian Bronze.  Seller Lot #22039-CARM.
