American Flyer Bluebird 1338 Set 3113 Loco, 3 Cars, 96 Station, 253 Tunnel, BOX!

You are bidding on an Original American Flyer "The Bluebird Set" Model No. 1338.  Included in the set are:
3113 Locomotive
Passenger Car
Observation Car
United States Mail Railway Post Office Car (with attachment/grabber part - sorry we do no know the correct name for the part)
1250 Transformer
253 Moffat Tunnel
96 Passenger Station
4 Original Boxes - The Original Set Box, 3113 Locomotive Box, Passenger Station Box and the Box for the Transformer
Operating Manual/Booklet, Transformer Document & Other Original Sheets
In our OPINION, The loco and cars are in good original condition, showing wear consistent with age and use.  The paint  is very good on the loco and cars, there are some scratches. The loco and cars have their couplers, axles and wheels intact.  The wheels on all 4 trains move/turn as they should.
We have NOT tested the locomotive.
The passenger station is hollow inside (not sure if it should be or not) and the tunnel is solid with a small crack on the bottom on one of the sides (see pic above)  The transformer, when plugged in, makes a lite humming/vibration sound.  That is all the testing we have done on the transformer.
*** This set is being sold AS IS with NO RETURNS.  As previously stated, we have NOT tested the loco or any of the contents of the set.  Should the locomotive or anything else need any parts or repair(s), the buyer will be responsible.
The original set box shows wear (rough) The top portion of the box has a few small holes/tears.   The decals are worn and faded.

This set will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.  The trains and contents, as well as the set box, will be heavily protected to prevent any damage while in transit.  If necessary, we will ship the set in 2 separate boxes if we feel it needs to be further protected (the shipping cost would stay the same - we will incur the cost)
NOTE - The USPS has been experiencing major delays with shipping.  In some cases, tracking has been not been updated correctly on the USPS site.  PLEASE BE PATIENT.  Once the item is shipped it is out of our control.
