antique figural victorian ewer statue mermaid Dragon Father Time.
I’m not sure if this is brass or bronze. It’s VERY heavy and I would be inclined to say bronze but I can’t be sure. It’s extremely ornate. One foot is loose but it just needs to be screwed down tighter.
It stands approximately 25” tall and 13.5” long from the tip of the scoop to the end on the handle. It does have some patina. It’s decorated all over.
