Description

Chinese export silver cocktail shaker, ca 1910. Straight and tapering bowl. Detachable top with curved shoulder and straight and inset cylindrical neck with built-in strainer and snug-fitting cap. Allover stippling and plain bands, circle (vacant), and cap top. A great one-handed model for exotic concoctions. Chinese marks and stamp for Hung Chong & Co., a Canton silversmith and retailer. Very good condition. A few minor base dings.
