    It is marked "Victor Hugo" and "Rozet, '85" for French Sculptor Rene-Auguste Rozet (1858-1939).
    The back is marked "Henry-Bonnard Bronze Co. N.Y." on the back,
    The plaque dates to the late 19th Century (1880s or 90s).
    It is antique, but in good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
    There is a bronze ring at the top where it can be hung on a wall.
