This unique sculpture is a bit horrifying but at the same time strongly influential. The piece shows a males burnt face, this male has an extended neck that is also burned. Its quiet interesting how the artist caught in details the face structure and the burn marks to the last little key. If you have ever been burned by anything flammable, you will know how harsh and excruciating it was to go through something so horrible. However, this sculpture is the piece that you can relate to not because the pain you endured but as a sign of strength and optimism for your future. The handmade bronze sculpture was captured using the ancient method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina for perpetuation.
