Rare Antique GEO GEORGES MAXIM Porthos THREE MUSKETEERS Dumas BRONZE SCULPTURE
Wonderful patinated bronze sculpture by Geo Maxim, or Georges Maxim, who lived from 1885-1940. Signed on back.
Also impressed seal on back of chair indicates Made in Paris France
Extremely rare and hard to find. We did find a larger piece that is being sold here on eBay (Germany) that includes Porthos in the same pose sitting at the table.
Heavy and in great condition, with only light wear and some dust
