FOR RESTORATION: Bench tested with alligator clips and it runs great BUT it has one set of plastic wheels on the power pick up end instead of two and does not run on a track. The head light works. It has general signs of wear, one step at the rear is broken off, one area on the nose with worn paint as well as the wheel trucks. Pictures taken with and without camera flash.
