KTM Brass O Scale 2 Rail 4-8-4 NYC Niagara? Locomotive & Tender. This behemoth is an older KTM Painted/Decorated Locomotive & Tender # 6024. I am not absolutely sure
this is a Niagara but I think so. Both Loco and Tender appear in Very Good condition but could probably use a lube & cleaning.
The Locomotive has the very cool looking front smoke deflectors on each side and Loco runs smoothly in forward and reverse, headlamp illuminates. Looks like some possible lubrication residue on some of the rods. Tender plugged into Loco enables rear tender
light to illuminate while backing up in reverse. Both of the units appear complete but as you know they are very highly detailed with many small parts/pieces and May be missing a piece or two, you will have to be the judge of that from the photos. Comes with what I believe is the original Box, but I am not absolutely sure of that either, shows age & wear. Contents part of box is solid, top cover part of box has torn corners, has original KTM Niagre 4-8-4 label and appears to be missing a smaller box label. No foam inner padding/blocks, has a few cardboard inserts/dividers but don’t know if they are original to the inner box.
