Lionel 2345 Vintage O Western Pacific F3 AA Diesel Locomotive Set

This is a working power unit, with working headlights, the  E unit cycles spot on and will need to be cleaned and lubed. The horn unit will need adjustment and good cleaning to operate from battery-like corrosion spots from storage. So this will be sold as operating with no operating horn. Here is a the powered unit features dual motors, e-unit, light, non-working horn, screen roof ventilators, porthole lenses, and die cast Lionel 2345 Western Pacific EMD F-3 AA Set from 1952. This is one of the harder to find of the Postwar F-3 sets, as it was only made for one year and was not included in a set. cast frame and trucks. The non-powered unit is also lighted. Both engines have an operating coupler on the front (the rear coupler on each is fixed). Please see my pictures for additional features.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5 Good. There are abrasions, nicks and scratches on each item and. There is a  crack, on the non powered unit in the nose below where the headlight is. Additionally, both units  show wear on the frame bottoms. Despite these minor imperfections, the non-powered unit, has two battery-like corrosion spots from storage, please see pictures, as a part of my description. Smoke free home. This Diesel locomotive set will make a great addition to any collection! The instruction manuals are not included. The original boxes are not included.
