The USRA 2-6-6-2 was a small locomotive by articulated standards. Only two roads, the C&O and W&LE, ordered the USRA version of this locomotive, but the 2-6-6-2 wheel arrangement found widespread use on many more roads before and after the war. In the spirit of those locomotives, Lionel presents some additional plausible "what if" USRA orders.
