    A very nice, maybe lightly run,
    Lionel 8550 New Jersey Central Powered GP-9 Diesel Engine
    for O/027 gauge
    m
    ade from 1975-76.
    This sharp diesel engine features a Pullmor motor, 4 wheel drive with 2 traction tires, Conventional transformer control, 3 position (Fwd-Neutral-Rev) E-Unit, magnetic operating couplers, front & rear headlamps, metal frame, wire handrails and bright Jersey Central colors & graphics.
    I replaced the traction tires (old ones dried/ stretched), lubed the gears & pick-up rollers and briefly tested this engine on my layout and the motor, reversing unit, couplers and lights worked great!
    I regret that I do not have an original box for this engine but I will include a copy of the Lionel instruction sheet and I will
    wrap & pack with care prior to shipment.
    I will ship the day after I receive payment and I will discount shipping charges for shipments I can combine.
