: This is a Nice Thomas & Friends Percy with LionChief Remote System & Bluetooth in O Gauge and it is made by Lionel and, this is on the Higher end of Thomas & Friends accessories and at times can get a fairly hard to find so this will not be here long at this price!! Condition
: This one is technically new; however, I noticed there is a minor factory cosmetic "issue" where there is a small red dot / small black line spot on it which is the reason why I am offering this one under "used" (even though it appears to be new) but, other than that there is absolutely nothing wrong for me to mention about this one. Lastly, it is in its original box but the box does show shelf wear on it; which may (or may not) included: discoloration, wrinkles, dents, scratches, a few pieces of tape, stains etc but, overall the box looks just fine specially for being previously owned.
