This sentimental piece features a nude Roman warrior standing fully erect, a sole leafloosely placed between his legs. His decorative feathered helmet lets us know that he is a figure of power. A nude lady stands next to him draped solely in a piece of cloth that falls at her waist and cascades down to the base. A basket of fruit has fallen at her feet but she is so caught up in her emotion that it doesn't seem to phase her. She wraps her arms around the soldier, as she looks lovingly up at him, her expression more readily seen because her sleek ponytail makes her face more visible. The soldier returns the embrace with one arm around her and the other clinging to a tall spear. He reciprocates her passionate gaze as the two of them share this tender moment. The authentic detail is phenomenal. The highly skilled artisan ""Ellis,"" has signed the base.
