    Description

    Malta Scott # 13 Victoria Violet Used Small Cancellation.  This 1885 stamp was acquired in an Estate Auction on Cape Cod, and had been in a glassine envelope for some time.  The cancellation affects only the lower right corner of the stamp, so I would classify it as "Good towards Fine".
