    Mid-Century Cast Bronze Sculpture Opossum "Cuscus" by Marian Weisburg ~ Signed
    We are offering a Mid-Century Cast Bronze Sculpture Opossom "Cuscus" by Marian Weisberg.  The adorable bronze opossom "Cuscus" has great detail including the base design.  There are a few minor scratches representing normal wear together with a white mark above the sculpture's right eye that measures approximately 1/4" together with white marks/scratches on the back leg that measure approximately 1" in total.  In addition, on the base where the piece is signed, there is a small flea bite.  The piece is signed on the back portion of the base and reads "Marian Weisberg" and includes the copyright trademark.  The bottom of the base is covered with brown felt.  The sculpture measures approximately 7" tall, 6 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" deep.  This is a heavy piece, weighing a little over 7 lbs.
    As can be seen in the photos, with the exceptions mentioned above, the sculpture is in great condition for its age and would make a wonderful addition to your outdoor, animal, opossum, sculpture, or bronze collections.
