Condition: This is a Lionel 2028 GP-7 Pennsylvania diesel engine, made one year only, 1955. It's shell is very clean with no breaks, but does have the usual severe fading of lettering. The chassis is the Gold variation with a very nice original finish. This locomotive features a single Pullmor motor, 3 position E-unit, working headlight and die cast trucks and operating couplers. No operating horn nor any add on railings came on this engine. It is equipped with Magnetraction for improved stability and pulling power. I cleaned and lubed the motor, gears and axles, and I burnished clean the motor commutator and E-unit drum. This beauty runs Excellent, smooth and fast.
