Original Antique Carl Kauba Naughty Nude Vienna Bronze Cigar Cutter c1900

Just out of a local smoke free house is this Rare original antique Vienna Bronze cigar cutter. It depicts a young bare breasted woman lying on her back on a black marble ashtray. The young woman's legs open and close exposing the cutting blades between her thighs. The bronze has  nice detail and is signed C Kauba in the young woman's hair. Carl Kauba 1865-1922 was an Austrian bronze artist that was highly regarded artist and is known for his bronze sculpture. This is an original ca 1900 bronze by the artist and not a later casting or reproduction. It measures about 8 7/8 inches long and about 4 1/2 inches wide. The bronze alone measures about 5 3/8 inches long. The bronze is in good condition for its age with some wear and some slight oxidation. The mechanical action works smoothly. The marble base has had some chips restored.  See photos as they are part of the description.
