Pair of Antique Chinese Silver Cups with Dragon Chasing the Moon

This auction is for a pair of Chinese sterling silver cups which are embossed with a dragon chasing the moon motif.  Although the exact age is not known by the seller, they were most likely purchased as antiques in China during the very early 1900's.  The stamped characters on the base of each may provide a better clue as to their origin and date.  Each cup measures 2 3/8" tall by 1 3/4" wide at the top.  Both are in good condition with a natural patina from years of sitting on display; however, one of the cups has a very minor ding or crumple on the bottom edge (see the last picture) which causes it to rock very slightly when sitting on a flat surface.  The ding is almost too small to see in the pictures and is only truly noticeable because of the slight rocking.
