Rare Unique Art Rock Island Double Electric Engine A-A Diesel Locomotive Set LN
RARE UNIQUE ART 2000 TIN-LITHOGRAPHED ROCK ISLAND A-A DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE SET, This attractive locomotive set was produced by the Unique Art Manufacturing Company of Newark New Jersey during the 1950's. Set consists of a powered diesel locomotive with motor, headlight & reversing unit. The dummy has an operating headlight. Each unit measures 14" in length.Both units lighted when bench  tested and the power unit ran fine too. Pair has two minor issues, one being that its ornamental horn is broken off and its coupler was replaced with a Lionel Prewar coupler. Both should be fairly easy to fix. Otherwise units are clean and appear to be in like new condition with their original box and xerox copy of instruction sheet. Please email with questions.
