Unique Vintage Silver Dish Shaped As Ceylon/Sri Lanka Beautiful Pattern Boarder

Presented is a unique Southeast Asian silver dish in the shape of Ceylon (modern-day Sri Lanka). This piece was likely make in the first half of the 20th century, but probably 1900-1920. The design even includes the shape of small water inlets along the coastline of the country. There is a beautiful ornate repeated pattern around the edge of the dish.
This piece is at least .850 purity silver, but is probably 900 purity. There is a mark on the back of the piece for RADN.
The dish is in great condition. The design details are crisp and well-defined. There are no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
