  • Condition: Very nice, older vintage bronze and brass jardiniere with very ornate, seahorse handles. The creatures have ornately patterned rings in their mouths. They have finely patterned scales on their bodies and very nice facial details. The pot section is rounded with raised leaves and neoclassical accents. The pot is brass while the seahorses and the rings are bronze. There is an aged patina and some minor, grayish/white spotting in a few areas which is indicative of age. Dates to the early or mid 20thC. Not marked. Very nice quality. Measures 17.5" wide with the rings down and 22.5 with the rings raised horizontally. It is 10.5" wide on the side without the handles. It measures just a little over 9" tall at the seahorses and 7" tall to the top of the pot. The interior of the pot is 10" in diameter and 5" deep.
